The ice bar is a must try winter experience. It will be a tradition for years to come. My group sipped on expertly prepared hot cocktails on the patio outfitted with propane heaters and portable outdoor wood burning fire pits. The pizza is spectacular too. There are so many unique options for toppings. We lingered for nearly 3 hours as we didn’t want the experience to end.

Fresh food and modern atmosphere. It gets a bit loud and echoey inside. The patio area is beautiful and quieter. The three dips appetizer is a must have. The pepperoni pizza was really oily but the others weren’t as much. Highly recommend making a reservation.

Rosalia has delicious pizza and appetizers! Their cocktails are amazing too. They have a lot of variety and their pizzas can be customized with a variety of different toppings.

Rosalia in Edina is an amazing Pizza spot. The crust is perfectly crisp yet chewy, with just the right amount of char from the wood-fired oven. Their unique flavor combinations are a standout. Every bite is a delicious surprise. If you're in the area, this spot is a must.

Ice bar and little fire pit on the patio with warm drinks was a great finish to really good pizza. We got 4 pizzas for 5 people and took a little home food. It was incredible. Cavolo Nero with bacon and hot honey was 11/10, and i would highly recommend trying the Mortadella Panuozzo. Everything we had was great and I need to go back!

Super fun night out for my birthday! The service was super friendly and walked us through the menu as soon as we sat down, and also answered all of our questions. The food came out fast, and it was phenomenal. The different takes on pizza were great - we ordered the Isaac Becker and it was a citrusy, raw tuna pizza that was the favorite of everyone's. The drinks are delicious too, although they don't have a full bar inside. There was also this cool Ice Bar that was going on outside that we'll definitely want to come back to try! All in all a great spot for a night out!

The margarita pizza was perfect and the lemon ricotta on the Bianca created such a light, refreshing pizza. Would highly recommend dropping in here. Not only was the food great, but the service was top notch, too!

Party of 2, dined for lunch, ordered 2 pizzas but landed up ordering another! Everything as flavorful but would have appreciated less burning of the crust. Overall, tasty!
